Setup Fees

Basic Package- $100-This setup fee is for less then 125 photos photographed in 4 hours or less. This fee includes either indoor or outdoor locations. ($500 Min)

Digital Logo Package - $200 to $400- This includes events with more then 125 photos per 4 hours. We will include setup of your camera ready artwork or basic text logos. If you need a custom logo designed for your event, design charges are $65 per hour. Please call us for an exact quote.

Digital Background Package - Call for Quote- We can provide custom backgrounds and logos to be digitally added to your photos. You may choose a background from our library for free or have a custom one made. Our design fee is $65 per hour. ($850 Min)

What you need to know about private & corporate parties.

We do require the setup fee as a deposit on your event. This deposit is nonrefundable. If your event date has to be changed, there is no penalty as long as it is rebooked within 180 days. We do have a minimum charge equal to 50- 4X6 prints. The balance of your account is due at the end of the event. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

What you need to know about Fundraiser Packages

Our staff will take care of collecting money from your guests and keep track of the total number and size of prints sold. When the events ends, we will take the total money collected, subtract our fees and give you a check for the amount you have made. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We charge 3.5% for all credit card sales.
